These Terms and Conditions govern all plans available through the Wakanetwork.com Portal, and any use of the Wakanetwork.com Portal. In the event of any conflict, these Terms and Conditions control any Plan Order form that you submit requesting Services ("Plan Order").
Undertaking
Subject to the Terms and Conditions, and other terms specific to each Service Plan, the service provider will address your query using commercially reasonable efforts in providing appropriate solutions under the Services. In most cases, the service provider will provide problem diagnosis and solution through remote assistance - over the telephone, through chat, email or other means as it deems most appropriate under the circumstances. All undertakings under Service Plans are subject to the service provider's Limited Warranty, which is set forth below.
Payment
Services against any Plan Order will be available once you have made payment for Services according to the requirements of the corresponding Plan Order. The service provider has no obligation to render Services under any Service Plan if the payments as required under any Plan Order have not been made.
PREMIUM PLAN SERVICES
You may order Premium Plan Services by submitting Plan Orders through the Wakanetwork.com Portal or by calling Wakanetwork.com. Once Wakanetwork.com accepts the Plan Order submitted by you, then you will receive an email from Wakanetwork.com at the email address that you provide or have provided to Wakanetwork.com as part of the Registration Process for the Services.
The service provider is not responsible for rendering Premium Plan Services in connection with any Plan Order that it has not accepted or expired, or if you have provided wrong or incorrect information.
Premium Plan Roadside Assistance Service:
1) Roadside Assistance Service and its customer care is available 24 hours, 7 days a week.
2) Services covered are limited to Road and Towing Service, Tire Change Service, Fuel Delivery, Battery issues, Locksmith Assistance and On-Time Arrival Guarantee.
Premium Plan PC Support Service:
1) Computer technical support is available for both residential and business customers from 9am to 9pm, Monday to Saturday EST.
2) This remote service is available to customers by phone and requires internet capability.
Premium Plan Concierge Service:
1) Concierge Service is limited to personal shopping assistance.
2) Customer Care is available from 9am to 9pm, Monday to Saturday EST.
Premium Plan Locksmith Assistance:
1) Locksmith Assistance covers residential and business locksmith services, car door unlocking services, key cutting and other locksmith assistance.
2) This service is limited to one location only.
3) Customer Care for this service is available 24/7.
Passwords and User ID Protection
To obtain use of the Services, you may be assigned a password and a user ID upon completing the registration process. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your password and user ID and are fully responsible for all activities using your password or user ID. You agree that under no circumstances will you provide your password or user ID to a third party. You agree to immediately log off from your account at the end of each session and to promptly notify Waka Network, Inc. of any unauthorized use of your password or your user ID or any other breach of security. Waka Network, Inc. cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section.
Property
You acknowledge and agree that all Content is the property of Waka Network, Inc. or third party content suppliers. You acknowledge that Waka Network, Inc. has expended substantial time, effort and funds to create and deliver the Services and compile the data contained therein. The Services and data are and will continue to be Waka Network, Inc.'s exclusive property.

Gasoline Rebate Voucher Terms of Use:
Members may receive a total of ten $10.00 monthly gasoline rebate vouchers in the mail for a total of $100.00 in gasoline rebate vouchers. This is to be on occasion and in our sole discretion. You acknowledge and agree that you will have to mail us your rebate voucher with a gas receipt from any gasoline vendor. You understand that you can only redeem one voucher at a time. If your gas receipt is for more than $10.00, you understand that you will only receive a rebate check for $10.00. For example, if your gas receipt is for $15.09, your rebate check will be for $10.00. The remaining amount on that receipt will not be credited to the following month. If your gas receipt is for less than $10.00, you understand that you will only receive a check for the amount on the gas receipt. For example, if your gas receipt is for $8.30, your rebate check will be for $8.30. Your rebate check will be mailed out with another rebate voucher. You understand that you are limited in redeeming one voucher per 30 day calendar period. Please allow up to 4 weeks for us to process the rebate and mail your rebate check. If you have any questions or you have lost your voucher, please call Customer Service at 1-877-332-1490 . Agents are available 24/7. Once you cancel your membership or if you are using trial membership only, you will not be entitled to rebate checks and vouchers. Trial membership is not considered for this. Please send your gas receipt and voucher as outlined above.
Subscription Details of the Waka Travel & Rewards Plan
Being a Waka Network subscriber lets you enjoy our Cash Back rebate program and get savings on some travel-related expenses whenever you travel. Cash Back Rebates can only be claimed for Eligible Fees (listed below Subscription Benefits) charged while your subscription is active, unless otherwise stated.
An Acceptable Documentation for each bill (described below) must be provided for you to get rebates on Eligible Fees. To ensure accessibility, track and view every rebate you made by clicking the "My Rebates" button. You must get your backup documentation from Different travel providers who charged you (e.g. Hotel, Airline, Car Rental, Wi-Fi provider).
Acceptable Documentation
Acceptable Documentation is the original sales receipt and/or order confirmation for the Eligible Fee that you acquired. Every time such rebate is submitted, the sales date must be presented. An itemized order confirmation or sales receipt for each Eligible fee must be submitted if you wish to receive rebates for different expenses acquired in one same trip.
Reimbursement for international travel charges are honored, yet, order confirmations or itemized receipts must be for U.S. Dollars. We do not presently allow conversion or reimbursement of payments made in foreign currency.
Listed below are the types and categories of fees covered under you Waka Network membership.
Ineligible Fees:
Fees or expenses that are considered unavoidable to any traveler such as government fees, taxes, and other surcharges are not covered in your subscription.
Rebate Instructions:
Fill out the rebate form at Wakanetwork.com and send your documention at rebates@wakanetwork.com. We also accept mail-in proof of payments. For address information, please check out our "Contact Us" page. Please do not forget to keep copies of your documentation.
Rebate Conditions:
We only allow one subscription per household. Within 30 days of the date of expenses charge, claims must be made (and documentation received). Up to $10 can be received per instance; for Air-related fees, $500 maximum per yearly subscription and $250 maximum per yearly subscription for Car, Hotel, and Wi-Fi related fees. These fees must be charged while you're an active subscriber of Wakanetwork.com. We required that all rebate requests must be verified. We will not honor or we may not return late, lost, incorrect, illegible or postage-due claims. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy and truthfulness of any rebates requested. We have the right to reject any rebate request, in our sole discretion.
Rebates will be received as soon as possible, but please allow 3 to 6 weeks to process your Acceptable Documentation.

Qualifying Purchases

It has to be a perfect match as the product you purchased, is available to the general public, and may be sold by an online or offline retailer. It must not be sold by individual sellers through aggregator websites. The lower priced product should have the same model number, same size and color, perfectly-matched features, warranty, guarantee, and accessories (if applicable). Damaged, refurbished, discontinued, used, demonstration models, non-compliant with federal/local laws, going-out-of-business and auction items are not qualified.
Full Price Protection does not qualify differences in price due to taxes, shipping & handling, coupons, rebates, or typographical errors.
